Jaykesh holds a significant portfolio of IT consultancy and executive oversight experience. He has worked directly with the CIOs of multiple $10B+ corporations while managing a global team of over 2000 Infosys employees. Educated in Emerging Technologies

Jaykesh Kutty began his post-secondary education at the University of Madras, India, where he completed his Bachelor’s in Science with a physics major. This early educational path prepared him to be a critical thinker and laid the foundation for his ability to analyze complex information, identify patterns, and make an informed decision based on objective, data-driven facts.

Jaykesh earned his Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from the University of Madras, India, where he excelled in database management and computer networking coursework. But, much of Kutty’s in-depth knowledge of IT systems and data architecture came from his unrelenting passion for technology. Even as a teen, he was a self-directed learner, teaching himself emerging computer technologies that changed the landscape of how businesses use IT to remain competitive.

Kutty’s ability to leverage the power of new digital technologies to overcome existing business challenges is demonstrated in his work in the transportation and logistics industry. He developed an innovative solution that combines AI, telemetry, IoT, and real-time demand data within a single digital platform, resulting in lower transportation costs and faster deliveries for corporations.

An Effective Tech Executive

Jaykesh’s early employment in transportation, specifically the rail industry, allowed him to apply computer technology to profit and loss management. During his first stint at Infosys as a Client Services executive, he expanded the company’s railroad portfolio by architecting IT solutions to reduce his clients’ total cost of ownership. This industry experience led to a position as Engagement Manager with BNSF Railway, the largest freight railroad in the United States, where he managed a 400-member team to deliver TCO reductions through productivity improvement strategies.

Currently, in addition to being a Client Partner with Syntel, a multinational company that provides integrated technology and business services, Kutty serves as the Vice President of Infosys, where he performs multiple technology executive roles, including software innovation, market segmentation, and growth strategies. He contributes his skills in identifying and applying relevant technology solutions for corporations and organizations looking to transform operations or expand into new territories and market segments.
